The recording goes up here once it's ready.
What happens when AI stops being a tool you use and becomes a member of your team?
Over the past 3 months, we've been experimenting with a new way of working at ParsLabs: an AI-powered team where humans and autonomous AI employees collaborate through Notion, with Claude running multi-agent workflows behind the scenes.
I'll do a live walkthrough of the setup our team uses, showing how Notion has become an AI operations layer, connecting projects, context, tasks, knowledge, and AI employees in one system.
The session will cover:
- How to structure collaboration between humans and AI employees
- How autonomous AI employees can take ownership of real work
- What changes in project management when some "team members" are AI
- What the future organization might look like when AI employees become a normal part of the team
The goal is to demonstrate a different operating model for companies.
Attendees will see the actual Notion setup, the AI employees we've built with Claude, and how I work with them day-to-day alongside the human team, with practical ideas they can take back and experiment with themselves.
