The Unblock AI Conference 2026 has its own conference terms.
The website
The site tells you about our meetups, talks, sponsors and how to get involved. It is free and you do not need an account. The information on it is given in good faith and may change, especially dates, venues and speakers. Luma has the latest details of each event.
Meetups
- Meetups are free. Registration happens on Luma, under Luma's terms. Seats depend on the venue, so registering does not always guarantee a place.
- Meetups take place at venues of companies that host us. Follow the host's rules on access and safety. Some hosts ask for your name in advance for building security.
- Everyone at our meetups, online channels and events follows the Code of conduct. We may refuse entry or future registrations to anyone who breaks it.
- We may change or cancel a meetup, for example if a host or speaker cancels. We let registered people know through Luma.
- We sometimes take photos at meetups and record talks to share on our site and social media. Tell an organiser if you do not want to appear, or write to [email protected] to have a photo removed.
Speaking at a meetup
If you give a talk, you keep all rights to your content. You allow us to list your name, photo, talk title and description on the site and in our channels, and, where you agreed to it, to publish the recording and slides. You confirm you have the right to show what you present, and that it contains no confidential information of others.
Talks show real work. No vendor sales pitches or recruitment monologues.
Community channels
The WhatsApp group and our other channels are for sharing knowledge, events and opportunities related to AI. Do not post spam, repeated promotion or anything that breaks the Code of conduct. Organisers may remove messages and members. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of WhatsApp.
Content and brands
- The texts, design and code of this site belong to us, unless stated otherwise.
- Talk titles, descriptions and slides belong to their speakers.
- Sponsor and host names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. Their presence shows support for the community and implies no endorsement of what speakers or members say. You may not use them without their permission.
- Links to Luma, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other sites take you to services we do not control.
Responsibility
We run Unblock AI on a volunteer basis and in good faith. We do not guarantee that the site is always available or error-free. Talks and conversations at our events reflect the views of those who give them, not ours, and are not professional advice.
Our liability is not excluded or limited for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
