Adrian runs several small AI companies under Supracell with a team that is mostly AI agents, and those companies are how he makes a living. He starts with what the agents ship and where he still says no, then moves to the part demos usually skip: what to do with the time the machines give back.
His point is that AI is neutral until someone owns it, and that the time it frees up is what we get to use well. Five minutes a day adds up to 30 hours a year.
